In-line with real-time information provided by the World Health Organisation and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have added the following processes to our existing strict hygiene protocols at Jools For Jim.
As a result we have implemented additional precautionary measures for clients:
Our increased rotation of disinfectant processes using hospital grade disinfectant for door handles, benches, chairs, basins, equipment, stationary, makeup and makeup tools, tweezers and lashes ensures that these items are cleaned BEFORE & AFTER each client. This application is implemented in a manner that will not cause concern for clients with asthma related conditions.
All team members, including reception have undergone additional training to ensure they are meeting these exceptional hygiene standards.
To protect the health, safety and financial welfare of our dedicated team and the broader JFJ client community, any team member who feels unwell, or feels they may be experiencing any symptoms outlined by the World Health Organisation will remain at home.
We strongly insist that our clients to do the same, and if you experience any symptoms or feel you may have been compromised, contact the salon immediately by phone to cancel your appointment. Please do not come in person. We have an amazing reception team that will do their very best to reschedule your appointment 14 days after the original booking.
It is business as usual for Jools For Jim as we navigate these challenges and remain absolutely committed to ensuing the health and safety of our JFJ community.
